APPOINTMENT PREPERATIONS
Retinol/Retin A/Tretinoin & Medical Grade Skincare Products: Discontinue use of these types of products 3-5 days before your treatment.

Antibiotics - If you are taking antibiotics, we suggest you wait one week after you complete the series before coming in for a treatment.

Illness - Please do not come to your treatment if you are sick.
​
Open wounds, Cold Sore, Sunburn, Skin Irritation - Please do not come to your treatment if you have cold sores, open wounds, sunburn, skin irritation or rash. Please contact us if you are looking for a facial to treat a skin irritation or allergic reaction.

DAY OF YOUR
APPOINTMENT
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time find our office and use the restroom. We are located in Laguna Hills. The cross streets are Cabot & La Paz.

POLICIES
To provide you with the best possible service We operate exclusively by appointment. When you arrive, we kindly ask that you respect the privacy and relaxation of other clients who may be receiving treatments. Please maintain a calm and quiet demeanor in our waiting area, keeping a tranquil atmosphere for all. We respectfully ask that you silence your cell phones and take all calls outside. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a peaceful experience for everyone.
ADULTS ONLY
We love children, but to ensure a serene and relaxing experience for all our clients, we kindly request that our spa remains an adults-only environment. We appreciate your understanding in not bringing children to your appointments. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.
RESTROOMS
The restrooms are located in the courtyard. Help yourself to the restroom key that is hanging on the door. When leaving our office go left and head towards the back of the courtyard. You will find the restrooms tucked in the far left hand corner.
PAYMENT
We accept Cash, Card, Venmo, Apple Pay, Zelle & Spa Finder
CANCELLATION & "NO-SHOW" POLICY
Your appointment has been scheduled especially for you. Please be mindful of our time and our policies.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly request that all appointment cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48-hour before your appointment may result in a late cancellation fee and require a deposit on future bookings.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
We understand that things happen, and we will do our best to accommodate your appointment. However, we are unable to impact the appointments of other guests so your appointment time may be modified.
"NO SHOW" POLICY
No-Show Appointments will be charged a "no-show fee".
Monday - Friday 9-3pm
$100 No Show Fee
Evenings & Weekends
$150 No Show Fee

"No Show" fees are required before future appointments will be made.
GIFT CARD POLICIES
Please bring your Gift Card at the time of service. If you have lost your gift card, please contact us before your service.
Gift Cards purchased directly from your Esthetician must be used with that Esthetician. If you are unsure who your gift card is with, we kindly ask that you call/text to confirm 949-383-8996. Gift Cards are for Facial Treatments ONLY.
SPA FINDER GIFT CARDS
We accept Spa Finder Gift Cards. Spa Finder is not Esthetician specific, and you may use them with whomever you decide to book with. Spa Finder gift cards may be used to purchase skincare products.
